Over the 13 months I worked with Dale W, we looked at multiple plots of land and he was nothing short of great. He was always willing to show places on short notice and very flexible with his schedule. We looked at more than ten places over the course of a year. I always felt Dale had the right knowledge of what particular homes and land were worth for the areas where we looked. Even though we missed out on several pieces of land, Dale found us a place that checked all the boxes and was able to secure a contract.
