Licensed in Missouri since 2019, Jeremy brings hands-on experience in land purchase, improvement, development, and new home construction. His expertise includes contract and compliance management, negotiation, market analysis, irrigation and pump systems, agricultural and residential solar, and both row-crop and recreational land. A conservation-minded professional, he understands land from the ground up—literally.

Alongside his wife, Billi, he raises their five children on a small-acreage homestead in southwest Missouri, where their family enjoys mixed pasture and timber and values responsible land stewardship.
