Jason Desplinter

Jason DeSplinter is an experienced land agent with Elite Land & Auction Co. Prior to joining the company, he spent years selling tillable and recreational land. His knowledge of agriculture extends beyond land itself from his background as a technical support specialist with John Deere Harvester Works. He enjoys working in real estate as it allows him to interact with people and spend time outdoors.

Born and raised in Annawan, Illinois, Jason has hunted whitetails since childhood. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Black Hawk College in Kewanee, Illinois. Jason brings a diverse work history and understands farm programs through the Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service. He has assisted clients with Beginning Farmer/Rancher loans and Conservation Reserve Program applications. Dedicated to client goals, he is tireless in supporting their needs to buy or sell land.

Active in his community as a member of the Henry County Farm Bureau and youth football coach, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming in his personal time.
